Apple Mac Compatibility

Whilst it is possible to plug the unit into a Mac and have it read the file structure on the card, neither the Naviextras toolbox nor the VMS map converter will work on a Mac. It might be possible to run a windows emulator on a Mac to run and install the map converter and Naviextras toolbox, however this is not something that VMS has tried nor supports. There are a number of emulator programs: Parallels and Bootcamp to name a few, however they may charge a fee.
