VMS 7500, not calculating route information
Hi, I have a 7500 in-dash in a 2000 Landcruiser. Recently after setting the destination, the green arrows that circle to indicate it is calculating the route just stop as if frozen. I can get it going if i press the green arrows on the screen. However, the arrows will then freeze again if there is a route recalculation. any ideas on how to fix this? I have reset it with the button at the bottom left of unit, but this makes no difference, otherwise the unit functions correctly.

May you log a RA to get the SD card back to us so we can test in our workshop unit.
We will see if it is a card / firmware issue or your unit.
