Application exe Error

Hi there
We are getting the application.exe error when trying to open the topo maps on our vms touring 700HD

We will be leaving Streaky Bay, SA next Thursday and heading North to the Kimberley so we are not in a position to get it sent anywhere for fixing.

Do we have any alternative? Is there any way it can do a reboot of the device? I have a laptop with me, access to the internet and am registered with the Naviextras site.

I have checked and my device says it is up to date & has been working fine until today.

    Hi,

    How are you doing?

    Are you having issue with the Street Navigation or the Offroad navigation? We are a bit confused by the e-mail as Naviextras is related to the street navigation, yet the topo maps are related to the offroad.

    Please advise and we can assist further. thank you

    Apologies - I thought naviextras updated both.

    It is the off road navigation (topographic maps) we are getting the error.
