I recently loaded the Qld Topo Maps (DVD) and VMS 303A Update(Download) to my VMS 700HD Lite the SD card is 16Gb
I had problems as the Qld Topo maps will not fit on the 16GB SD card along with all the street maps.
I removed the street maps that were not required WA Vic Nth Qld until the reduced street maps and Qld Topo Maps would fit on the card.
The VMS opens to the Navigation screen 'Click' once but nothing happens.
I am missing some files from the SD Card
Files on the card VMS Folder(Maps +Map Convertor)/Auto Run/Device.nng/Devinfo/Icon/Setting.dat
Files Missing Drive/Navione/ozi/ozidata/ozimaps/video (ref the image on the Map Convertor instructions)
Is it possible to email or download these missing files

Regards Ian

    Hi Ian,

    How are you doing?

Have you done a backup before you carried out the update? If you have, you will be able to re-copy those folders from your backup location on to the SD card.

If you have not, you can log a Return Authorisation on our website here: http://www.vms4x4.com/pages/warranty-request

An administration fee of $30 including shipping will be charged for this service by the team and hopefully they will be able to retrieve the Licenses to the navigation software under the DRIVE folder (that's for your street navigation).

    hope this helps.
