screen shuts off.
My gps screen is shutting down when the loading gps screen starts. The radio still works when screen is off. But bluetooth stops working and none of the buttons react. Its is a 7500 for a 2008 hilux.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we've been moving and it's been a bit hectic, moving house is bad, moving work is horrible!
I'd like to try a firmware flash on your unit first as this is something that is rather easy and cheap to do. I'd also like to get you SD card back here so I can check out the software on it and make sure all is running properly.
What you will need to do is go to our home page www.vms4x4.com and under the support tab, you will need to log a warranty request. Once the request has
been lodged, within 1-2 days you will receive an r/a number and approval to send your SD card back for assessment. We will assess the SD card and once
actioned, send back to you. The turnaround time we estimate is 7 days.
I will need the serial number of the unit, please refer to the attached pictures to see the screen that I'm after.
