4x4 maps not working

MY 4x4 maps do not work, I have hardly used this unit in the past 12 months but it comes up with Application VMS.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down.
The normal street maps seem to work fine except for recently changes between day and night mode randomly.
I have tried resetting unit many times with no success to 4x4 maps. This is my second Unit to have this issue as the last one got returned/ exchanged for this one.

    Hi Richard

    I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having.

    Our technical support team will need to have the unit assessed. What you will need to do is go to our home page www.vms4x4.com and under the support tab, you will need to log a return request. Once the request has been lodged, within 1-2 days you will received an r/a number and approval to send your unit back for assessment. We will assess it and once actioned, send back to you. The turnaround time we estimate is 7 days.
