4x4 maps not working
Hi i have a 700hdx I purchased at the start of the year and the 4x4 maps have never worked. When I select off-road maps it freezes and eventually comes up with a notice that the SD card is not supported.

Hello,
Map SD cards supplied for the VMS 700HDX unit between November 2017 and May 2018 will have program errors which will lead to the issues that you have described.
Complete the attached form and include with just the map SD card to be returned to VMS support office for recopying. Turn around time is the same day we receive the card.
