Hello,
I have received a new vms 700hdx unit on the 10/1/2018. all seems to be functioning ok except the unit is becoming very hot when charging. Can you help me with this issue?

Hello Allan,
The first couple of charges the unit may feel warm to hot, if you can charge it using the 240 volt charger (with the screen off) may be of benefit.
