<p>Thank you for your inquiry. If you keep loosing tracks that are
stored in memory map, then it seems like a software problem within
the software. It could be a setting within the software that has
caused this, or some kind of file alteration on the card has
occurred, which has caused this issue for you. Difficult to know
without having us check it out for you.</p>
<p>What you can do is contact Memory Map here <a href=
"http://memory-map.com.au/memory-map-support.html">http://memory-map.com.au/memory-map-support.html</a>
if there is some kind of setting which can cause this. Or
alternatively, we can have a look at the SD card for you and have
it fixed.</p>
<p>What you will need to do is go to our home page <a href=
"http://www.vms4x4.com">www.vms4x4.com</a> and under the support
tab, you will need to log a warranty request. Once the request has
been lodged, within 1-2 days you will receive an r/a number and
approval to send your SD card back for assessment. We will assess
and once actioned, send back to you. The turnaround time we

<p>to be honest I'm unsure, memory maps are probably the best
people to contact for this (<a href=
"http://memory-map.com.au/">http://memory-map.com.au/</a>).</p>
<p>At the very least I'd back up your maps and data with memory map
on your computer. Again memory maps themselves will be able to go
through the process.</p>
