<p>Did you connect the unit to your PC directly? (via the USB connection)<br>
If so this may be the cause of your issues, you need to read the map card separatly on Windows 8 & 10 machines.</p>
<p>When you have the map card readable on your PC try a Windows error scan.<br>
<strong>Right click on the drive letter - Properties - Tools - error checking - check now (yes to correct any errors)</strong>. See how this goes and then run the PC toolbox update again, (with the map card still out of the unit).</p>
<p>If no luck you will have to log a return request form to send just the map card into VMS for us to recopy from the master file.<br>
