Where did you purchase the map from? Naviextras? if so no
"purchase" ie: handing over of money is required, you have 5 years
of free updates.
Were you using the Naviextras PC toolbox program?

If you are using Windows 8 or 10 you cannot connect the unit via
USB, but in any case using a separate card reader is always the
best way to go.

Thank you for your reply

A friend? and I were trying to install oziexplorer

We inadvertently deleted vms off road maps.

So I (in my wisdom) purchased off road maps from naviextras for
$50
(with an invoice). The instructions were to install.

I tried to install the map but it went somewhere!!. I think it
was
trying to update something that wasn't there. The Australian maps
are
still there and up to date.

All I want to do is to have my vms off road maps back

Any ideas would be great

Thanks

The map purchase from Naviextras are not the maps that VMS
off-road uses, they are just the street maps.

You will need to log a return request form so you can send the
map card into VMS and we will recopy it from the master file to
restore all the maps.
