Vms stuck on main menu

Hi my vms 700hdsll is stuck on main menu. All the menu functions work except for the navigation option.
Any help would be appreciated

    Hello Ryan,

    The map card needs to be returned to VMS for recopying from the master file, as something has become scrambled on it.

    Please log a return request form to get the paperwork started. We will invoice you for $15.00 to cover the return P&H.
